Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has said President William Ruto\u2019s health reforms could become one of his most important and lasting legacies, saying the changes are helping to improve access to healthcare for Kenyans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sakaja said the reforms are helping the government give effect to the constitutional right to healthcare, which provides that every Kenyan has the right to the highest attainable standard of health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
